Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be issued if the service is not delivered according to the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and deliverables outlined in the contract. In such cases, you may request a refund for the full or partial amount based on the stage of the project.
Refund Exclusions:
Once SEO work has been executed and delivered in any form, no refund will be provided. Any additional changes or improvements will be charged separately unless included in a prior agreement.
Our Social Media Marketing services are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms:
Service Fee:
For all SMM campaigns, 20% of the total budget is allocated as a non-refundable service fee covering strategy, management, and execution.
Marketing Budget:
The remaining 80% is used for paid promotions and ads. Once spent on platforms, it is non-refundable.
Campaign Cancellation:
If a campaign is canceled before full execution, any unused budget may be refunded. However, the 20% service fee and any already spent ad budget are non-refundable.
Performance Disclaimer:
We do not guarantee specific results, as performance depends on market conditions and platform algorithms.
Our Server Management services are designed to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable server performance.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be considered if the service is not delivered as agreed in the contract. Any work already performed will not be eligible for refund.
Refund Exclusions:
Once server setup, configuration, or management work has been completed, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation:
Clients may cancel services with prior notice. Refunds will only apply to unused and unrendered service periods.
Project Delays:
In the event of delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary information or materials), the refund policy may be voided, and the project will be considered ineligible for cancellation or refund.
Termination of Agreement:
Both parties may terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice. If the termination occurs after the work has started, refunds will only be issued for work not yet completed or services not yet rendered.
In cases of disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to provide documentation of services rendered, including but not limited to contracts, project timelines, and proof of work delivered. We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback, as this may result in project termination.
